We'll send you a short consent form, for safeguarding and GDPR purposes. Simply fill it in and send it over!

3rd Step

Get a mentor/mentee

We will then pair you with a mentor or mentee!

4th Step

Start your mentoring sessions!

We'll send you details for how to hold sessions and a Mentoring Log to keep track of your mentorship! Recieve as much support as you need.

Our Group Masterclasses - How it works

Join our Masterclasses @ 3pm every other Thursday!

Here's how it works:

You can sign up for the event in advance and submit a question you'd like to ask through This link here(you don't need a question to join! You're welcome to just watch)
If you’re signed up, you'll receive an email alert on the day that provides you with the link to join. If you want to join on the spur of the moment, click here!
You're in! Sit back and enjoy while the peer mentors introduce themselves and present to you their top tips!
In the second half of the session, it's your turn! Ask any of your own burning questions, and listen to some of the others. The mentors will give you their thoughts!

About the Founder

Disha Hegde
Founder

Disha is a 17 year old from Buckinghamshire who set up The Mentoring Scheme to support students who are navigating through GCSEs and their steps beyond. After finding that many young people felt they had not been given adequate support
on post-GCSE options which has only been exacerbated by Covid-19 and school closures, she decided to set up TMS in order to ensure that all students are able to access targeted support to help them embark on their next steps. She is determined to reach out to students from disadvantaged socioeconomic backgrounds, which is why The Mentoring Scheme is, and always will be, absolutely free of charge.
Disha is very passionate about youth voice and empowerment, from her extensive work on projects and campaigns with charities such as the British Youth Council, Girlguiding and Worldvision. She is also on the Bank of England Youth Forum, and was even a judge at the Children and Young People Now Awards 2019.
